During the months of June and July, 4 multiplier events have been organised in the countries of the project partners, to disseminate the results of the project to different interested audiences. Below you can see photos of each event, in the following order:
1. Rotterdam, Netherlands.
2. Granada, Spain.
3. Turin, Italy.
4. Trikala, Greece.
TPM 2 Trikala, Greece
Last January, the partners traveled to Trikala (Greece), where AKETH welcomed us as hosts of the second transnational partners meeting of the Companies for Equality project. At this meeting we were able to finalize the activity related to the Guide to learn how to design, implement and evaluate equality plans in companies (you can download the Guide for free in several languages). We were also discussing the next steps to follow: the creation of an online course to learn how to manage equality plans in companies. In the next few weeks it will be ready.
Finally, the consortium visited the Monasteries of Meteora, in a recreational activity organized by the Greek partner.
TPM1 Granada, Spain
The representatives of the partner organizations of this project met last May 2023 in Granada (Spain) to discuss the project activities, discuss quality, dissemination, accessibility and sustainability plans, distribute the work and set the priority objectives.
The activities foreseen in this project are mainly three: publication of a "Guide for the design, implementation and evaluation
of equality plans in the company" and an online course for anyone interested to learn how to design, implement and monitor
an equality plan in any EU company. Two transnational meetings and four multiplier events will be organized.
Once all the activities described have been carried out, we will obtain as a result a VET student body trained in equality plans in the company, an approach of the student to companies in their environment, a clear vision of the European landscape as regards the legal and real equality of the business world and a frame of reference for those countries lagging behind that want to equate themselves with those that are more avant-garde in terms of equal conditions in companies.
